Let me give you a bit insight of the neighborhood, walking distance to Mt Sinai Hospital, Central Park, El Barrio Museum and Musuem of the city of New York. There is also Express Buses going to the Bronx and the M1 thru M4 buses. Lastly a shopping mall on 116th Street with stores for your shopping needs, Costco, Target, Marshalls and others.

The apartment is kept clean, organized and neat. There will be House Rules that need to be follow while you live in the apartment and will be discuss during the interview among other things. You have use of the kitchen to cook and use of the washing machine.
