Queen-sized room in East Harlem!

This is a room in our nice 3b/1b in East Harlem! It's a good space with a great natural light that comes in through the window. Our place is made up of a very open, big room with the kitchen included so we can have people over or just have some room to walk around in, we like to do both. The apartment is close to a mall with a Target, Aldi, Costco, and more! Not only to mention the great food up and down 116th St. As for who will be living with you: my roommate Ken and I are guys who work in film, we're pretty laid back but like to keep a clean space. We're signing a new lease on October 1st, and are looking for someone to sign it with us ASAP! But we are willing to talk about just subletting. Message me if you have any questions!
