Roommate needed in East Harlem Apt

A bedroom is available in a spacious East Harlem apartment complex. We have a laundry room in the building, a closet in each room and the hallway, a small private balcony, central heat that you could control, dishwasher, Internet, 1 1/2 bath, etc. The complex will soon be gated. We enter the building using a key Fob. UTILITIES INCLUDED! Rent is $1100/month due on the 1st of every month. Security Deposit $100

The bedroom is not furnished (no beds, furnitures, etc) but there?s a lamp, ac unit, and curtains for use if you?d like.

Closest Subway stop is the 6 on 103 station (btw. 103 St & Lexington Ave) and Q on 96 St (Btw. 96 St & 2nd Ave). Street parking is a little difficult to get if you have a car, we are in NYC after all.

Current tenants: 2, early 30s, male. I?m in the restaurant industry with a afternoon to night work schedule while the other current roommate has an almost 9-5 job. We?re very social, friendly but we mostly keep to ourselves.

Looking for respectful, social, kind, clean, not too noisy, roommate who is responsible about the rent payment. We?d like for someone to stay until the lease is up , which is in August 2020z
