Room in East Harlem Apartment

We are looking for a housemate for our beautiful 4 bedroom ground floor Spanish Harlem apartment. Our apartment is a great size for 4 people, fully furnished and comes with one and a half bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen (with stainless steel appliances). The room we are looking to rent is unfurnished, with direct access into our beautiful backyard.
The apartment is also conveniently located less then a block from the 6 train, lots of grocery stores, laundramats and Target and Costco are within walking distance.

We are one woman and two man in our 30s who all work full time and who enjoy a low key, comfortable and relaxed home. We are looking for someone who is easy going, respectful and clean.

We are looking for a Feb 1st move in. As customary, we are asking for one month rent and equal deposit prior to move in. Utilities and cable are not included in the rent.
