East Harlem Room

Looking for a roommate available to move in asap! I have a clean and spacious 4th floor walk up apartment available in east Harlem (close to 6, 2, and 3 train, as well as metro north). The apartment is on a quiet safe block, close to supermarkets, laundry mat, plenty of gyms, stores and restaurants. The apartment has two bedrooms on opposite end, so it is very private. The bedroom has a closet, and it also comes with a TV. I?m looking for someone who is clean, laid back, and respectful/responsible. No pets and professionals are preferred. I am willing to sublet for a year, but I can also do month to month. I work and travel a lot, but I also like a good balance of work/social time. I am a big foodie, I know Manhattan like the palm of my hand, and we could be great roommates.

In order to rent you must submit to a background and credit check. After approving your info, you?ll then need to have two certified checks, one for 1st month rent and one for deposit.
