Room is unfurnished, but the common areas are fully furnished, and the kitchen has already all the necessary utensils.

Apartment has an open-concept kitchen and living room with dishwasher, microwave, and flat screen TV included. Elevator building. Laundry in the basement.

You would be taking over my lease which ends August 31, 2020, with the possibility of renewal. You would share the apartment with two amazing professional male roommates in their mid- to late twenties. I have lived with them for over two years and we have had a great relationship. I am leaving the apartment simply because I am moving in to a new place with my girlfriend. Guarantors accepted.
