Your Choice! 150SF w/ Twin Bed or 300SF w/ Full Be

Roommate wanted to share my fully furnished 2 bedroom/2 bathroom in E. Harlem.

The smaller room is about 150 square feet and is furnished with a (optional) desk, twin bed and California closet. The rent for this room would be $1300.
The larger bedroom is about 300 square feet and is bigger than many studio apartments. It has a full size bed, love seat, walk-in closet and private bathroom. The rent for that room would be $1600. Come and visit and you can pick the room you want and it can be ready for you within a couple of days! Rent includes Fios internet. Electric ranges from $30-$100 per person depending on season.

The apt is about 1000 square feet with a huge living area and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, etc.). This is an elevator building with a gym, laundry room and a beautiful patio to enjoy in warmer weather.

I have one sweet little kitty who loves to play but is just happy to have you around and doesn't ask for much.

I'm a female food/bev entrepreneur and working on scaling my business so my schedule is unpredictable and my home needs to be a sanctuary. I don't have people over often and never without notice. I try to keep the living room presentable at all times but I'm not a neat freak. Sometimes I may be working from home frequently and other times I'll be traveling quite a bit - which leaves you with the apartment to yourself as long as you're ok with a couple minutes of kitty care per day.

A peaceful home is more important the ever during this election year so conservative types need not apply. Otherwise just be a grown up who can take out the garbage when it's full, clean the floor when you drop stuff, fill the ice tray when you empty it and you know, generally be a considerate human.

We're about 8 minutes from the 6 and 10 min from the 4/5. The m15 is super close so you can also take that down to 96 for the Q.

Looking to rent it out for 3/1 but the date is dlexible. Looking for someone for 2-6 months but the term is also flexible and can be extended if it all works out.

1st month and 1 month security required for move in along with some sort of personal reference...feel free to send social media links as well. I work from home quite a bit so I have various times I can show the room including over the weekend.
