Private room can fit a full/Queen size bed, Desk, Dresser. Tall ceilings with a fan and closet space. There is no outside window the window In the room leads into living room. Room is approximately 135 sq feet.

The apartment has a living room area that is a shared and comfy space. Air conditioning and a Dishwasher available. There is a small patio. Awesome for nice weather. There are two bathrooms a full and a half
bathroom.

I have a small dog she is hypoallergenic and very calm. I enjoy company and hanging together but also respect personal space and time. Generally very calm quiet household, good for a student or working professional. Room will be empty for move in.

Neighborhood:
Less than 5 min walk to the 6 train (110 street stop) Great restaurants and bars all walking distance. Central park three avenues away! Museums along 5th avenue. Laundry a few doors down. East river one avenue over for jogging/biking. Large Shopping center on 116th and 1st ave with parking lot includes: Costco, Target, Burlington, Marshalls, Aldi, Old Navy, Applebees, Bob's Furniture.
