The building is a walkup (we're on the 3rd floor) and has a shared roof deck on the top and a laundry room and small gym in the basement. Close to the 2/3, 4/5/6 and Metro North station in Harlem, right outside a playground and a close walk to classic harlem gems.
I work full time as a software engineer and I like to have a peaceful and welcoming home environment. I'm a roommate who will do his best to communicate directly and respectfully, I'm looking for the same in return. I'm an extrovert and would enjoy getting to know a roommate over time but my main hope is to have a quiet and relaxing home energy.
