Hi guys, my name is Eva. I?m a super laidback art teacher looking for 3 lovely roommates willing to sign a 12 month lease. (If you like it, we can talk about extending)

Just 3 blocks from the 4,5,6 lines (125th street station) and 2 blocks from a FoodTown and Cityfresh, relatively close to whole foods.

All you pay for is rent and WiFi, everything else is included

Just to be totally transparent, the rooms will be unfurnished, the picture of my room is so that you can get a feel for what they tend to look like. I?m happy to set up a safe viewing or an online viewing if that?s preferred.
Also, you need to be approved by the building, but it was super easy for me when I came in

About you
You are respectful and relatively clean (I?m not gonna freak if the dishes sit for a few hours, but obviously don?t leave food lying around)
Household chores are evenly divided and each person gets a week off every four weeks, but it?s nothing too crazy.

All roommates must respect or have previously owned cats due to our current little buddy. We have a young orange tabby named Barney, and given our balcony, we need to keep him safe.
Fair warning, he is vocal in the morning, but it doesn?t last long. He wears claw covers to protect the furniture, so no worries about furniture destruction! He is extremely loving and will cuddle if you let him.

About me
I like kicking back on the balcony on sunny days during quarantine, enjoying a Netflix binge and homemade sushi, or just painting and listening to music.
Our level of connection is up to you, I tend to be a very friendly person, so I often try to set up occasional game nights or a group movie, but it?s cool if that?s not your thing.
