Quiet, sunlit 1BR next to Central Park

I'll be out of town for the month of March and am looking for a subtenant for this period. Dates are a bit flexible--I can plan my trip around the dates you plan to take the apartment.

Bright, quiet, and spacious fully furnished one-bedroom apartment within a minute's walk from Central Park, and five minutes from the 2, 3, and 6 subway lines. Multiple nearby groceries, laundromats, and bodegas. I absolutely love living here, and you probably will too.

Apartment is 600 square feet, full-size bed, high-speed WiFi, fully equipped kitchen. A couple could live comfortably here. The piano is a fully functioning instrument which I use for work. You may play it too, during respectful hours of the day.

I expect the subtenant(s) to be responsible, courteous, and have the requisite finances. To that end, I will be requesting from applicants relevant documents, references, and an interview before agreeing to sign a sublease.
