Hi my name is Aya. I?ve been living this apartment about 10 years.

I?m seeking a long term roommate (at least live with us 6month) who really clean and responsible.
The room is already available you can move in right away.

The room is fully furnished ( twin size bed, chair coffee table desk)
No closet but there is wall organizer where you can hang your clothes.
Ac is included.

There are 2windows in this room.
One of window is very big you get nice sunlight.

Bathroom living room kitchen are sharing with other roommates.

We clean up house at lease once a week. All shares places in this apartment are cleaned.

Perfect location
6 train is only half block away.
Cross town bus stop across the street.

24 hours grocery store and laundry mat across the street too!!

About the other roommates.
We are all professionals.
Very friendly respect each other?s.
We don?t party at home but socialize sometimes. Very quiet environment.

Utilities and WiFi are not included.
We split end of month.

Rent is $980 required security deposit $980 when you move in.
