Spacious shared three bedroom apartment in East Ha

Rent a lovely room in a large three bedroom apartment for $1057 with utilities included. We have a cozy bedroom with a large closet that comes with a dresser . The apartment includes a large living room, a dishwasher, a lot of storage space, a double vanity bathroom and a west facing balcony with amazing views of Harlem. The apartment is on the 29th floor of a 33 story building that is equipped with elevators, security and a laundry room. We are close to the 4,5,6 train, the metro north, plenty of buses and the 2,3 train is a short 5 minute walk. We are also close to plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, parks, shopping and entertainment.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking some safety measures to ensure that we are practicing social distancing. To do this, we plan to do a multi-step process. The first step is you letting us know more about yourself and why you are interested in the apartment, the next step is we do a video tour of the apartment followed by a video call with us and the final step is the potential new roommate visits the apartment with social distance practicing.

About the roommates:
K: Kamila is a mid 20?s Black queer woman who works in the arts. She?s a pretty low key person who enjoys both alone time and hanging out with friends and roommates.

E: Hey, I?m Emily, I work in the restaurant industry so I?m usually never home but do enjoy cooking when I get the chance. In my spare time I like to utilize our balcony, read, paint and usually head out to restaurants that I don?t work at. I?m easy going and just enjoy a clean home.

Nori: Nori is a 5 year old cat who enjoys napping, being social and playing. Nori is not open to having another cat roommate.

About you: We are looking for a responsible, friendly, clean, LGBTQ friendly roommate for the long term. We currently have a cat and would prefer someone who is pet friendly (no other pets please!) and prefer someone who is an awesome communicator. Unfortunately, cigarette smoking in the apartment is not permitted.

We ask for: A security deposit and one month rent equivalent of $2114 to move in. We are also asking for proof of employment and roommate reference(s) as well.

Move in date: November 1. We are also open to someone with a October 15 move in date and are willing to discuss next steps
