Sunny two 2 bedroom with a partial view down Park Avenue and located on the same block as the 116th St. exit of the 6 Train. The apartment is spacious with a large bathroom, plenty of storage and closet space. We also have access to a bike storage room, a small storage unit and a gym room. Within walking distance are 5 grocery stores and a Target and Costco. We pay for all utilities.

I would like to find someone who is responsible and respectful in the time of Covid and possibly works from home like myself. I have a cat and would love to find someone who has a cat also to keep my buddy company.
