1 Bedroom Open in a 2 BR/2BA Apartment

This is a pet friendly apartment with in unit laundry located in East Harlem. The room that is available is the brightly lit room in the front ($1270). There are two bathrooms in the apartment so you would have your own however it is not an en-suite bathroom. I'm pretty laid back, easy to get along with and am friendly. The pictures included are from streeteasy but I can send you a video of the apartment unfurnished as I don't move in until next week. Oh and I'm hoping to adopt a small dog in the next few months so you'll eventually have a dog to play with without the responsibility!
