5 Bedroom Steal in East Harlem

We're looking for a roommate to take over a room in our 5-bedroom apartment in East Harlem. Room available October 1st.

Apartment includes: double-size kitchen with two fridges, dining area with dining room table, large living room (enough for tons of home workouts, a puzzle table, and lots of plants), two full bathrooms, and a sizable bedroom for the new roommate (currently has a queen bed plus furniture).

Roommates: four young professional women with busy work schedules, so the apartment doesn't feel crowded, but there's always someone there for you when you need it.

Building: elevator building with 24-hour security, laundry on second floor, grocery store on first floor, a block away from Central Park, and a 5-minute walk from several gyms.

Transit: nearby trains are 6 and 2/3 at 110th Street, M1, M2, M3, and M4 buses all pass directly outside the building, and a Citibike station is on the corner.

Rent, which includes utilities, cable, internet, and twice a month cleaning service, is $1037 per month. Moving costs would be a security deposit of $947 and October rent paid at the first of the month.
