Looking for a clean, respectful female roommate to take third bedroom. Can be furnished with a bed and dresser if needed.

- Closet (extra storage space above closet is shared to store communal supplies/luggage)
- Ceiling fan/light & built in AC/heat unit
- 3 large windows, lots of light!!

Specifics:
- Building includes water and gas; individual cost for utilities: electricity and WiFi (~$75 each per mo).
- 5-8 min walk to Metro North and 4/5/6, 12 min walk to 2/3.
- 5th floor of walk-up building.
- In-unit Washer/dryer and dishwasher.
- Remote controlled heat/AC units in each bedroom.
- Recessed lighting in common areas.
- Living room fully furnished. Kitchen fully stocked.

About your roommates;
There are two female 26-year-old working professionals currently WFH during COVID-19. They have lived together for 1 year. They both enjoy cooking, and sometimes hang out/watch TV together in the living room with a glass of wine. They like to keep a very clean, organized, and friendly home. Looking for a roomie who doesn’t bring the party home. Hoping for a roommate with similar habits! :)
