Responsible roommate in large furnished room

Hey guys looking for a clean, responsible, conscious, considerate, and respectful roommate. I do have daughter she visits sometimes on the weekends. This is a 2 bedroom apartment. 4th floor walk up no elevator. Large furnished room with full size bed. I am a laid back very clean and organized person looking for the same in a roommate. Will charge a cleaning fee if you don’t help clean the shared spaces. Good vibes and positive energy only. Thank you.
