Short term sublet large 2bd-apt East Harlem

I am looking for someone to suble my room in a spacious 2bd/1bath apt (5th floor with elevator) in East Harlem. The apt is one block from metro 6 (25min to Union Square) and 5min walk to metro 2/3.
Available now for short term between May 5th and June 20th (our lease is ending on June 23rd).

Nice open kitchen (dishwasher), dining space and a very spacious living (enough to set up a desk and work from home). Tons of closets.
Big room: full/queen size bed + bedside table, 2 closets, 1 window, $1,100. Option to rent the master room: queen/king size bed + desk, 2 closets, 2 windows so a lot of natural light, $1,300.
The rooms can be furnished or not.

We have lived in the apt for 2 years and love the place (I am leaving for personal reasons)!

I am looking for a great fit for my roommate, who is absolutely the BEST roommate ever. Looking for someone nice, clean, covid-responsible, not bringing the party at home, but guests and SO are welcome.

Close to subways and bus, Harlem north train. Central AC and heating. Elevator in the building and super living in. There is a laundry down the building and a supermarket on the block (24/24).
$30-50 utilities per month (internet and ConEd).
