There are tons of restaurants, shopping, grocery options, etc. The 6 train is 2 short block (3 mins) on foot. There is a playground nearby and everything you could need.

I am moving in with my partner and need to find someone to take over my lease. Management asks for good credit (680 to 700+), and income above 55K.
