Spacious Harlem Apartment in Convenient Location! (3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom)
Hello everyone! There will be two openings in our apartment available starting November 1. The two other roommates are leaving because one is moving in with her significant other and the other got a job in another city. The apartment is very spacious with a balcony. The building has a security guard, laundry and a gym on the first floor, and units for Amazon packages. It's a 3 minute walk to the 4/5/6 train as well as multiple buses. 20 minutes from central park, and a five minute walk to Marcus Garvey. There are also multiple groceries stores nearby. We have two cats who mostly stay in my other roommate's room. We are looking for someone friendly and responsible. The small room is $960/month and the middle bedroom is $1010/month.
