Dishwasher, and washer/dryer in unit. Private bathroom included, as well as access to our private rooftop. High ceilings with exposed brick only add to the charm of this gem in Harlem. And the unit is currently occupied by two laid back professionals. We are pretty social people, and like to have friends and family over from time to time, but always in moderation, as we both work full time. We are open to our roommate hosting small parties, as long as we get a heads up.
