The apt. is close to many grocery and shopping stores. It's 2 blocks from the Hunter College SW School.
It is a few blocks from the East River Plaza (i. e. Target, Marshalls, Costco, Old Navy, Aldis, etc.)
It is 10 minutes away from the 86th street shopping stores.
