***looking for a female roommate only**There are two bedrooms in this apartment and I am looking for a new roommate to live in the larger room. It includes a private bathroom and walk in closet. The kitchen has all new amenities and a dishwasher. The apartment has a lot of storage and the building provides storage in the basement. The building includes a doorman, small rooftop, gym, laundry and a shuttle bus service. It is a 7 minute walk to the 6 train on 103 and the Q on 96th st. The shuttle takes you to the Q on 96th, 6 on 96 and the 4,5,6 on 86th street. I am a teacher so I am working most of the day. I love to travel and I often times go to my parents house on the weekends. When im home, I like to relax and unwind. I am looking for someone who is clean and organized. I like having people over but just want to make sure we communicate when we have people over. I like going out and socializing as well!
