Hey there! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a bedroom & private bathroom in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in East Harlem for $2,000/month. The room comfortably fits a queen sized bed and desk. The building is a few minutes from the 125th stop on the 4,5, 6 trains and a 15 minute walk from the 2 & 3 trains. Looking to move someone to take over around March 1st and the lease ends July 31st.

- AC in unit
- Private terrace
- 24/7 doorman
- Gym
- Grocery store underneath
- Rooftop patio with view of midtown

The living room and kitchen would come furnished and I’d be happy to sell my bed or desk to make the transition easier! The current roommate is a male in his mid 20’s. He’s super clean & respectful plus knows the area well.
