The unit is on 4th (top) floor of a recently renovated walk-up building, w/ modern kitchen appliances including a dishwasher. Laundry is not in the building but there’s one just around the corner. Current furnishings include full size bed (larger bedroom), several dressers, kitchen table & chairs, several storage cabinets, lofted twin bed (office/den) and desk with hutch. These can remain for the duration of the sublet. The space isn’t huge but now has tons of added storage capacity by using it efficiently.

Available: March 1st—end date can either be May 31st (3 month), August 31st (6 month), or January 31st (11 month) with some flexibility if it’s a good fit.
