Large master bedroom (140ft²) with 3 windows will be available from July 1st for long term sublease. The room is fully furnished has a lot of natural light, quiet not facing any street but see back yards of neighbors, also far away from other rooms between a long hallway and kitchen.

Its located between 108th street and Lexington Ave, just 1 minute walking distance to 6 train, 5 minutes walking to Central Park great for runner and nature lover. 2 and 3 trains are also within walking distance. (Easy commute to NYU, Baruch , Hunter college, The New School, Weill Cornell , Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Mannes, M4 bus goes to Columbia Univ and Manhattan school of music).

Neighbor is safe and very convenient, close to everywhere- grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants, bar, hospital, post officer etc. East River Plaza (Marshalls, Target, Costco and Aldi)is also close.

Its 3-bedroom apartment, one bathroom which is always very clean, comes with queen size bed mattress and other basics furniture. Two long term female roommates live in two smaller rooms on another side of apartment, we are both professional and kind, very respectful with advanced educations, one roommate is away at least one-week per month.
