E. Harlem - looking for 3rd Roommate

Looking for someone who might be interested in signing onto a 1 year lease starting July 1, 2024. in a 3 bedroom, 2 full baths, in unit washer/dryer, patio in E. Harlem off 110 stop 6 train. We are 2 male friends; 1 works from home, looking for someone who is lgbtqia+ friendly, clean, respects privacy and space, no pets, no smoking inside.

There are a ton of great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, 24hr grocery store, 10 min walk to Central Park, 2min walk from the 2nd Ave M15 select bus (drop off in front of the Q train - or 15min walk), 5min walk to the 6train.

Monthly rent is $1100. + utilities/cleaning supplies.
