Huge room, massive walk in closet and private bathroom (with shower AND soaking tub) available in gorgeous completely updated apartment. We were the first tenants and we will have lived there a year in June. There are two roommates that are quiet and respectful. You may not even see the other roommates that often. They are busy professionals that work in Michelin star restaurants. The bedroom available has so much space I had to buy more furniture. The common areas are fully furnished. In unit laundry and dish washer. Central air. Small dogs (15lbs or less) are welcome. Couples are welcome. The whole space is 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and up one flight of stairs (but is also two stories). The rooftop deck is a lovely place to sun bathe or a fun place for your dog to run around! It’s a quiet neighborhood though there is a daycare nearby so you might hear the giggles of children playing during the day.
