The building is directly adjacent to the Oval and is near 14th Street & Avenue A. Given that it's inside the complex, and not near any public streets, there is no car noise which has been a great perk.
The Stuytown complex has lot of amenities, including a washer and dryer in the building, fitness center, concierge, amazing park in the middle that hosts concerts and outdoor movies, cafe, and a study.

We are two professionals working in Fashion and Marketing. We are very laid back and have never had any issues with our roommates before. We are looking for someone we can get along with and is responsible.
