The space is 450 sq ft with 2 separate entrances completely separate with a shared bath. The bathroom has 2 separate doors so there is no cross traffic. The bedroom has hardwood floors, king sized bed, desk/chair and couch. The kitchen/living room has a dinette, microwave, 60 inch plasma TV, 7 speaker surround sound home theater with Chromecast and couch. Utilities, wi~fi and cable are included in the rent. Dates are flexible and a $2400 deposit is required.
