The Location:
Our apartment is located on one of the most active blocks in East Village, Saint Marks Place - 3rd Ave. It is an amazing neighborhood filled with restaurants serving a variety of cuisines: Japanese, Korean, Chinese, French, Italian, Mediterranean, Mexican, etc. You'll be able to satisfy any craving.

At night, Saint Marks Place is bustling with activities. With the number of bars and lounges in the area, you won't find yourself with nothing to do. If bars aren't your thing, there are movie theaters, a world-famous pool hall, off-broadway shows and much more! Also, we are located right in the center of three beautiful parks, Union Square, Washington Square, and Tompkins Square where you can find a weekly Farmers Market and more!

On top of that, the neighborhood is VERY convenient. The apartment is a block away from the 6 train; 3 minutes walking from the N, R train; and less than 5 minutes walk from the L train, which makes your commute to any part of town much easier. There is a large K-Mart less than 3 minutes away and a 24-hour grocery store right next door.

The Apartment:
Located at 3rd floor of the building, we live in a clean, newly-renovated, pre-war building that boasts VERY high ceilings, hardwood floors, a BRICK WALL, a big kitchen area with brand new stainless steel appliances, large bathroom (by Manhattan standards) and a great view of Saint Marks Place.

Our living room has a large, brand-new, leather couch with a pullout queen sized mattress. We also have a 65' inch LCD HD TV and PS4 perfect for movie nights and gaming tournaments.

The bedroom we are looking to fill is about 110Sq. Ft with a big built-in closet and plenty of storage space. The room fits a queen sized mattress easily and would still have room for a side table. We are able to add a brand new queen sized bed frame + mattress for your maximum comfort if you'd like. *We want to note that there is no window in this room.*

Who we are:
We are a young, professional, couple who have lived in this neighborhood for over two years. One works in Digital Advertising and the other works in the Restaurant & Hospitality Industry. Our jobs keep us very busy during the day and sometimes at night. We rarely have guests over which means the apartment is mostly quiet and peaceful.

In our spare time, we are entertainment enthusiasts and love to travel. We also enjoy playing pool, karaoke, riding bikes, cooking, watching movies, attending concerts and festivals, and taking care of our dogs.

We have two amazing miniature poodles who are super friendly, obedient, and hard not to love: Coffee & Cookie.

Who we are looking for:
We need someone who is fun-loving, responsible, and considerate. We are very easy to live with as we are respectful of others' privacy and will always be flexible within reason to make this an amazing place to live for everyone. We want our future roommate to feel comfortable as we turn this place into our home.

Because we have pets, the space would be ideal for a dog lover.
