Seeking a third roommate (female preferred) for an amazing brand new gut renovated apartment in the heart of East Village on Saint Marks Place between 1st and Ave A in a 3 bedroom apartment.
ABOUT THE APARTMENT
The apartment is a 3rd floor walk up, steps from Tompkins Square Park and a short 8 minute walk to the trains: L, 6, F, NQR. Live in Super. We just locked down the place so we'll be moving in with you! The living room is currently unfurnished so if you have a couch and TV, even better! If not, we will be furnishing it sooner than later. No laundry in building but there's a Laundromat just down the street. New hardwood floors throughout. Stainless steel appliances and dishwasher.
ABOUT THE ROOM
The room is unfurnished and will fit a queen sized mattress with enough space for a desk or dresser as well. Large closet in the room with storage space above. The room does not have a window but is ventilated.

Such a cute neighborhood with tons of restaurants, bars and things to do! We're literally steps away from Crif Dogs!
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a roommate that is between the ages of 26-35, employed, respectful, clean, considerate and fun! We prefer someone who works a regular 9-6 and does not work at home.
ABOUT US
Your roommates are two 28 year old females who are fun, friendly and just moved from California! One works in fashion digital/ecom, the other works at a tech start up. We both have 9-6 schedules.
To move in, we will require $4500 = $1500 Security deposit + First month + last months rent. Utilities will be split evenly 3 ways.
No couples, live in significant others, or pets, sorry!
