Furnished Master Bedroom in 3BR Utilities Included

Hi. Im looking to sublet my bedroom which is a master bedroom in a 3 BR apt. Im moving in with my boyfriend but I recently renewed 2 years lease because my roommate (good friend of mine) would like to keep the apt. The room will be available Aug 18th but Sept 1 move-in works too. Long term preferred but short term will be considered depending on how long you are looking to stay. The building is close to subway. There are 3 roommates currently living here. We all have busy schedule with work and school so we don't really cross path at the apt but we are all respectful and clean. All utilities included. The room can stay furnished at your choice. A/C unit and built-in closet in the room. The room can fit a king size bed plus large couch and work desk. Laundry room within the building.
