Huge room in a 3 bedroom apartment - East Village

I am looking to fill a very large (seriously huge) bedroom in a three bedroom apartment that's currently occupied by two other awesome roommates.

The apartment is that quintessential NYC loft style apartment with a large open kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, living room and a huge private roof deck.

The pictures don't really do the room justice because the first thing people say when walking into my bedroom is often " it's bigger then their entire apartment" and at over 400 square feet it is larger than many studios. Currently, the bedroom fits an entire bedroom and living room set up, a desk, two dressers, and there still ridiculous amounts of storage and living space.

It's perfect for someone who runs a home office or works from home. Or loves their space.

There's also an elevator that opens into the apartment. Easy move in!

Location

The apartment is located in the lower part of the East Village, two blocks from the FV line and close to the 6 train as well with tons of amazing restaurants, bars, etc. The building also has a freight elevator which makes moving in very easy.

Current Residents

Both the roommates are male and are early 30s, professional, clean, extremely friendly and outgoing, while also quite busy with their own lives.

Rent

Rent is $2100. Utilities are just Wifi and electricity, which are roughly $100 total. To secure the apartment, you will need one month's deposit.

Availability

The move in date is still a bit flexible but you can move in by August 1st. Can possibly move in sooner if necessary.
