The building has a beautiful inner courtyard away from street traffic.

M14 bus right outside of building and 1st Avenue L stop .4 miles away.

The roommate that will be staying has been a friend of mine for 20+ years. He works mostly nights and usually weekend nights so very convenient to have the apartment to yourself most evenings.

Price is for unfurnished room but all utilities will be included. WIFI and internet provided. Willing to negotiate price for full payment upfront or larger deposit.

Furnished apartment may be provided for full 5 month commitment price negotiated.

Great place to live. If I wasn't unexpectedly moving I would still be there!
