Due to some unforeseen personal/familial circumstances, I need to find someone to sublet or take over the lease of my wonderful 1BR apartment, perfectly located in the East Village. The elevator building is updated with video/intercom security, trash shoots for easy disposal, bike storage, laundry, and outdoor space. The unit is east facing and gets beautiful morning/daytime sun and there is a balcony that fits a bistro table and two chairs!

I love my apartment and don't want to leave, but it's the best decision to make right now. My lease ends March 31st and you would have the option to either sublet the apartment, pending approval from the management company, or take over the lease and have the unit in your name. Either option would give you the opportunity to resign the lease in March, if you choose.
