1 Bedroom in a 2-bedroom avail in East Village

I have 1 bedroom currently available for a short term rental. ,( open to a 1 month short term too.) Entire apartment available from time to time as well so feel free to ask.
A quiet and safe elevator building in the heart of the East Village- sorrounded by all the great restaurants, shops, and transportation access. I'm a native New Yorker who works in the health field .
The room has heat and air conditioning. and comes with Wifi. There is a Tv with Roku available as well.
I am seeking someone mature , trustworthy, clean, quiet and respectful. Preferably you are working outside of the home. I value and appreciate good energy, it is essential in the home.. I do not have pets and although I love them I prefer no pets .. I have a dishwasher and there is a laundry in the building.
