I have 2 open rooms in my East Village apt located near East Houston (Katz Deli, Mr. Purple).

$1900 (closet) and $1600 (no closet) per month available starting 8/1 (potentially 7/1 if needed). I?ve been here for 5 years, no issues.

Washer/dryer in unit, bedrooms fit queen size, large dresser/desk and a smaller dresser/bookshelf. Rooms have windows, lots of light, 3rd floor with elevator and part time door man. 5 minutes or less to BDFM and JZ train stations, less than 15 minutes to Astor Place to catch the 6.

I am a working professional, low key during the weekdays and out on the weekends, enjoy cooking and sports.
