Looking for 1 roommate in 3 bed 3 bath Apt!

[UPDATE - only one room left!] Both of my roommates are moving out at the end of our lease (one to travel and one wants to live solo) so am looking for 2 new ones starting sept 1! It's a beautiful apartment that has been newly renovated with high ceilings, exposed brick, and hardwood floors. Apartment has a lot of great features including each having our own private bathroom, an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, wine fridge, and our own private rooftop patio!

We're on the top floor of a 5 storey walk-up, but after the first week you get used to it. My roommates will be taking their own bedroom furniture and some communal items with them like the TV and some small kitchen stuff so am definitely open to adding / redecorating the place a bit. I'm also getting a new grey sectional couch in a month so the small red one in the pictures will be gone.

Photos are of my room, but they're all similar sizes and all have large closets. We each have an additional storage crawl space in the apartment.

For myself, I'm a 30 year-old accountant originally from Vancouver, and works in Midtown. I'm usually working, out grabbing drinks, or netflixing at home with wine. I'm a generally clean person and am looking for roommates that also clean up after themselves. I would love to have roommates that are social and enjoy hanging out, but also understand the need for personal space. I would prefer young professional, female roommates, but am also open to males - main thing is that we get along!
