Spare Room In East Village ????I

Hello! I am looking for a roommate for my furnished apartment in East Village / Alphabet City. It will be month-to-month rent with required 1 month deposit. The apartment is small (ttl of 2 bedrooms, shared eat in kitchen and 1 bathroom... no living room!). The best thing is that bedrooms are separated from each other by the bathroom and the kitchen (located at other ends of the apartment) which provides with so much privacy! It is located on 4th floor of a walk up, pre-war building. The room is small, furnished with a dresser, side table, TV and a bed. There is a fire escape access which is nice! The location is amazing! L at 1st ave is just around the corner (1 min walk) and 7-9 minute walk to Union Square Subway Station, not to mention Trader Joes, Target, NYU, trendy restaurants and bars at your fingertips. I am looking for a student/ young professional who is mature, responsible, respectful and CLEAN. Ideally I?m looking for someone with opposite schedule to mine.
