I'm subletting my mostly furnished apartment in the East Village near Union Square, 2 blocks from the 14th Street/Union Square subway stop with express and local trains on the 4,5,6, Q, N, R, W and L lines. 2 Bus lines are on each side street.
The apartment offers a full size bed, 2 armoires, a full closet with storage space above it, a couch that can serve as a twin bed, a 'Smart' Vizio TV, a microwave and all bedroom, bath & kitchen necessities.
It's a 3rd floor walk-up apartment, and although it does not have on-site laundry facilities, there are many cleaners available for pick-up and drop-off, and there's a laundromat within a 15-minute walk.
There are 24-hour grocery and drug stores, a post office and loads of restaurants and pubs all within steps-to-short blocks of the apartment.
Upon landlord approval and a 1-month security deposit, you could be living here by March 1st for $2200 per month (including internet and all utilities).
