Hi, This is a one bedroom converted. You get private bedroom with large closet and two windows. The common areas include the bathroom and kitchen. I have a well behaved cat and would gladly welcome another. I am a clean, quiet, respectful female seeking the same. The room is furnished (or unfurnished if you wish) with a brand new full size bed, desk and chair. All kitchen pots, dishes, etc. The building is safe, locked and monitored, well maintained, quiet and clean walk- up. Air conditioner in the room.
