Looking for someone interested in signing a one-year lease to takeover my roommate's bedroom starting 9/1. Apartment is in a pre-war building on 14th Street between Ave A & B (same block as Target & Dunkin Donuts). Has a separate living room, small kitchen (with dishwasher), and washer & dryer in unit.
