Looking for one female roomate in East Village

We have one master bedroom room in a 3bd/1ba Stuytown apartment on 5th floor opening up for year-long leases starting August 14. One of my roommates is moving out, the other one and me are hoping to stay.

The room is very spacious which is around 12?0??X15?0??, could comfortably fit a full bed with a couch or a queen or king bed alone. Rent is around $1710. The room has a full wall of closet space and occupies the building corner so has two windows, with a clear view of stuytown.

The apartment is just steps away from the East Village, about a 5 min walk from the 1st ave L stop and an under 15 min walk to Union Square. Also there's a Target across the street and a 10 min walk to Trader Joe?s. The apartment is very spacious with lots of closet space.
