Apartment is in an older and very quiet building in the hip neighborhood of the east village. Near great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and boutiques. 5 blocks to the L and 10 blocks to the F. Third floor walkup. Apartment is unfurnished but does have an armoire and AC unit. Laundry is about 3 store fronts away. I also have one sweet cat. Bills are about $100 a month.
