Room pictured, 10x12 , has a large window (biggest in the apartment), fully private, we?d be sharing common areas and bathroom. Rent $1600, all utilities included, cable with 325 channels and WiFi also free for the first year, as per current promotion. The only additional charge would be for AC -$50- which we would split. Room comes unfurnished, as pictured. Apt is on 6th floor.
About myself -I'm clean, respectful, drama free, and responsible. I am originally from Ukraine, and am Williams / Harvard grad. I moved to New York after grad school few years ago , and I love that life choice! :) Work at the UN, 9-6 on most days. In my free time I see friends, explore new cultural spots around the city, exercise, enjoy life!, and work on creative projects (a lot).
The building has elevator, laundry, front door is security locked , there?s mail room. StuyTown Gym is in the building next door.
Neighborhood is great, in the heart of East Village, very safe and quiet, yet steps away from all the fun! Multiple transport options. 5 minute walk to the L train. Union square 15-20 minute walk to 6, 4, 5, L, R, W, N, Q trains, or take L there. Citi Bikes and Crosstown M23 & M14 bus stop steps away. StuyTown is green and beautiful, i hear it has a free skating rink in winter !
