It’s a great location, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, gyms, everything a minute away.
(However the room is on the back of the building, so very quiet).

The room is approx 14ftx9ft and fits a double bed, cabinets, desk and has much room to spare.
+ has an amazing outdoor patio (only shared with 1 housemate) perfect for bbq's.
All basic furniture is included (what you see in the images)

There are 2 male housemates, the 2nd housemate has his own full en-suite + kitchen, so the bathroom/toilet/kitchen are only shared with 1.

The rent is $1100/month (lowered from $1250) + bills (around $80)
Landlady is preferably looking for long term, but is also open to shorter term (minimum of 2 months)

Security deposit options (installments) can be discussed with the landlady too.
