One bedroom open in a two bed, one bathroom apartment in East Village. All utilities & WiFi included in rent. Room can come furnished or unfurnished. If furnished, the room will come with a queen sized bed and dresser/shelving (different than in photos - can schedule a video call for more up to date). Available March 2022 (flexible move in date) to the end of the lease in October 2022. Ideally looking for a professional or NYU grad student. Roommate is female working professional in early 30s who occasionally works from home and travels often.

I love the location! 15 minute walk to NYU campus, close to the 6, L, & F trains, and in the heart of the East Village. The apartment is newly renovated and clean. The rooms are evenly & decently sized and great closet space. No washer/dyer or dishwasher in unit. On second floor of walkup building so can be noisy from the street.
