The living room has a comfy L-shaped couch that pulls out into a Queen sized bed and a projector with Amazon Fire Stick. The airy bedroom gets a ton of light with a cozy queen sized bed an ample closet space.

The apartment is just 1 block from the F train at 2nd avenue, and 8 minute walk to J/M/Z and the 6/B/D subway lines. It is across the street from the iconic Katz's Deli.

All utilities (including high speed internet) are included in the price. The bills will remain under my name and you will Venmo me rent each month.
